4. Payments & Billing

All fees for services are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability for all services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

GEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
